Our Mission

Our mission is to celebrate, empower and create spaces where Black and marginalized women can thrive authentically.

That is why our slogan is “A Space Where Black Girls Dream.”

We intend to accomplish this mission in three main ways:

1. Celebrate. We don’t believe in simply adding more voices and competitors to the marketplace. Instead, we want to use our products, our platform and our capital to craft meaningful partnerships that highlight and uplift the efforts of existing minority-owned and led businesses, brands and individual creatives. We want to craft a world where women collaborate, rather than compete, for space to grow.
2. Empower. We will utilize our resources to assist in the advancement of individual female artists. This empowerment will take the form of competition awards, grants, scholarships and educational resources provided through our digital platforms. We want to ensure our customers will be able to advance their own goals and dreams.
3. Create. We will design original fashion, produce films, publish literary works and create original educational content.

All of our initiatives will reflect and promote our brand’s core values - cutting-edge creativity, meaningful collaboration, true inclusivity, and multifaceted authenticity.
